​Bayfield/Durango String Camps - Young Orchestra Camp

June 5th - 9th - All Levels

The Durango and Bayfield Youth Orchestra Camps are a exciting opprotunity for students ages 7-11, of all ability levels, to grow their love for music! Students will play in large and small groups, private lessons, art projects, outdoor activities, and learn general music through fun and games with a variety of different musical instruments.

Creative Music Conservatory

July 24th - 29th and a performance at the Pine River Festival on Satuday July 29th!​​

​​The Creative Music Conservatory provides the best and most unique music educational experience for students 7-18. Students will have the opportunity to develop their classical music fundamentals in large ensemble, small group sectionals and individual private lessons while also applying these techniques to a variety of styles including bluegrass, folk, blues, jazz, hip hop, and composition in daily enrichment courses! Master teachers have come from all over the country to provide top classical music instruction. Additionally, professional bands and artists will provide daily workshops. Students will perform on Friday, July 28th at the Community Concert Hall at Fort Lewis College and at the Pine River Festival in Bayfield, CO on Saturday, July 29th.
